OXFORD: Staff at accountancy practice, Wellers, are celebrating gaining a prestigious quality mark by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). OXFORD: Public relations agency Brazil has launched a new division to help businesses develop and manage ethical corporate communication policy. Etico is headed by Will Murray, a management consultant and business author. The company has already secured strategic work from several major organisations. Mr Murray said: "The rapid rise of ethical consumerism means many businesses are confused about how to implement policies."

ABINGDON: Architects and planners West Waddy ADP has promoted Miles Thompson to the position of planning associate within the practice. Mr Thompson, a former principal development control officer with Wycombe District, has rapidly made his mark within the expanding planning department. BICESTER: High-tech printing firm Webmart has won the Taking on the big guns' category in Britain's Digital Elite competition. The competition was organised by Microsoft to find companies which use technology to gain a competitive edge in business.
