OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

DWAYNE DORMER, 32, of Farm Close, Oxford, admitted being in possession of cannabis, a class B drug, on September 13, 2020 at Horspath. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

DOUGLAS HILLIAM, 31, of Loder Road, Harwell, admitted causing racial or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress on March 30 in Abingdon. He was fined £120, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 41, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order (CBO) on January 11, 2021 in Wallingford by having an open vessel of alcohol in a public place. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34.

ANTHONY DEVLIN, 43, of Marlborough Crescent, Oxfordshire, admitted drink-driving on Manor Road, Brize Norton, on September 15. He had 72mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £723, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £72 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 40 months.

KEELAN GAUGHAN, 21, of Bailey Road, Oxford, was convicted of drink-driving at Wellington Square, Oxford, on February 12. He had 50mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £369, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £755. His driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

RICKY ANDERSON, 35, of Elm Close, Wheatley, admitted sending threatening text messages and voice notes to cause distress on June 1, 2020. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £40.

ABNER DIAZ, 34, of Back Lane, Eynsham, admitted drink-driving on July 26 on Eynsham Road, Oxford. He had 67mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.

MARTIN EDWARDS, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted attempting to steal a £20 bottle of gin from Sainsbury's in Templars Square on July 31 and stealing a bike, costing £250, on August 28 on Crowell Road. He was discharged conditionally for 15 months but was ordered to pay back compensation of £250.

KEVIN LEWIS-WOOD, 41, of James Street, Oxford, admitted common assault in Oxford on September 16. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months but ordered to pay compensation of £50.

STAN SAXON, 40, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted being in possession of a lock knife in a public place on July 1 in Banbury. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85. He must also forfeit the knife to be destroyed.

KRISTIANNA HOLLIDAY, 31, of Lincoln Place, Thame, admitted criminal damage after smashing a window, costing £200, between November 14 and 15 in Thame. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

MARIGKLEN MERA, 28, of Lyndworth Mews, Oxford, admitted driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance on September 28 in Oxford. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a surcharge of £44 and costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for one year.

MICHAEL ANDREW MORRIS, 53, of Erica Close, Oxford, admitted being in possession of a knuckle duster in a public place on March 3 in Oxford. He was jailed for four months suspended for two years. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £122 and must forfeit the knuckle duster to be destroyed.

TOMMY LATIMER, 21, of Woodlands Brook, Wantage, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment on June 1 at Abingdon. He was fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

KAYLEM THOMAS-LUDLAM, 24, of Landseer Walk, Abingdon, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment on June 1 in Abingdon. He was fined £100, ordered to pay compensation of £50, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £34.

KYLE BARTLETT, 20, of Jersey Road, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on October 31 in Oxford. He was fined £160, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE BULLIVANT, 32, of Hollis Close, Witney, admitted driving at 97mph in a 70mph zone on the A34, Newbury on October 25. He was fined £308, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

YAJALDE CAMINHA, 38, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence and without third party insurance on November 13 on Bartholomew Road, Oxford. He was fined £186, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

SARAH JONES, 44, of Whimbrel Close, Bicester, was convicted of speeding in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester on November 7 as well as driving without third party insurance. She was fined £960, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £99 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PATRICIA PITA, of Randolph Avenue, Woodstock, admitted driving without third party insurance on November 12 on the A423 Eastern Bypass on November 12. He was fined £507, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES QUARCOO, 38, of Orchard Way, Banbury, admitted driving at 104mph in a 70mph zone on October 31 in Shabbington, Oxfordshire. He was fined £207, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.

LILIANA SANTOS, 29, of Girdlestone Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on August 13 in Abingdon. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ANTHONY SOMMA, 25, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a valid test certificate on August 3 on the M40 in Buckinghamshire. He was fined £880, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six points.
