POLICE received reports of a man carrying a spanner, tampering with parked vehicles in an Oxfordshire town.
The incident happened today at around 3pm in Middleton Road, Banbury.

Officers tweeted this afternoon urging people to ensure that their vehicle had been left secured and that any valuables, including tools had been removed.
