OXFORD MAGISTRATES' COURT

CHRISTOPHER THOMAS, 57, of Newbarn Close, Thame, admitted drink-driving on the A420 on November 2. He had 104mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85. He will be disqualified from driving for 24 months.

JAMES BROSNAN, 37, of Richmond Road, Oxford, admitted racial harassment in Oxfordshire on April 25 as well as assault by beating of a detention officer on April 4. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with a responsible officer for 20 days and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £125 in compensation.

LUKE DARREN GRANT, 34, of HMP Oakwood, admitted racial harassment on June 17 in Oxford, as well as stealing a bottle of cider, costing £2.15, from Sainsbury's in Oxford. He was made to pay compensation of £50.

SHKELZEN ELEZAJ, 33, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on June 17 on Cherry Close, Kidlington. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence has also been endorsed with six penalty points.

DANIEL TIMOTHY FRASER, 37, of Lammas Close, Abingdon, admitted driving without third party insurance on Middle Street, Islip on June 24. He was fined £406, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GAVIN HURTAULT, 34, of Westlands Drive, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on June 5 in Oxford. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ADAM JON STANLEY REED, 27, of Maltfield Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 15 on the A34. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

BRIAN STRONG, 65, of Mavor Close, Woodstock, admitted driving at 77mph in a 50mph zone on the A40 on October 5. He was fined £857, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GLENDA DANIELS, 48, of Circus Street, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance and without a licence on July 30 in Oxford. She was fined £880 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. She was also disqualified from driving for six months.

BRIAN JAKE DAVID RAMSAY, 19, of Curbridge Road, Ducklington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on May 28 in Carterton. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. He was disqualified from driving for six months.

BELINDA JAYNE MADDOX, 5, of The Green, Chalgrove, admitted drink-driving on September 16 in Holton, Oxfordshire. She had 153mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of of £85. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months.

RICHARD GABOR NAGY, 49, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on November 3 after being suspected of committing an offence while driving. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95, court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

GRANT TAYLOR, 47, of Lyndon Road, Didcot, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on October 6 at Oxford High Street after being suspected of committing an offence while driving. He also admitted driving without third party insurance. He was fined £320 in total, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 22 months.

MAX O'NEILL HALL, 22, of Waveney Close, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on November 5 in Bicester on November 5. He had 56mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £200, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 months.

DEBORAH LOUISE SOUTHWOOD, 51, of Shergold Road, Bampton, admitted drink-driving on November 3 on New Road, Bampton. She had 88mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. She was also disqualified for driving for 46 months.

SOPHIA KATIE EWERS, 28, of Shepherds Hill, Oxford, admitted being in possession of a kitchen knife in a public place on March 12 in Oxford. She was made subject to a community order and must take part in appointments with a responsible officer for 20 days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £150 and forfeit the knife to be destroyed.

JAN ZARACKY, 36, of The Square, Abingdon, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis after being suspected of committing an offence while driving. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 180 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £300 and has disqualified from driving for 28 months.

OLIVER MAXFIELD, 42, of Panshill Holdings, Kidlington, was convicted of drink-driving on March 20 on Botley Road. He had 82mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs £1,200. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months.

ADAM SZEGEDI, 39, of Gibbs Road, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on May 1 in Banbury. He had 101mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £350. He has been disqualified from driving for 40 months.

ROMAN RATAJ, 61, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of failing to give information about the identity of a driver between August 21 and September 18 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
