OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

ANTHONY MARK WETHERALL, 55, of Hutchcomb Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on June 22. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Oliver TRODD, 27, of Stoneleigh Drive, Carterton, was convicted of speeding by driving at a speed in excess of the maximum limit for a vehicle of that class on July 8 last year in Gloucestershire. He was fined £68 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GARY ALAN EVANS, 52, of Herald Gardens, Longworth, admitted assaulting a man in Faringdon on November 20 last year. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £300.

HARRY MICHAEL GEORGE READING, 20, of Sinclair Avenue, Banbury, admitted assaulting a man and causing criminal damage to a car in Banbury on December 26. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation totalling £126.62 and court costs of £300.

Saqab JAVED DOGAR, 30, of Tawney Street, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend appointments and provide evidence. He was fined £50.

Chris MILLER, 49, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, was convicted of entering a train for the purpose of travel without having a valid ticket between Oxford Parkway and Banbury stations on June 5. He was fined £220 and must pay compensation of £6.90 and court costs of £100.

Andrew SCHOENEMANN, 32, of Kennedy Road, Bicester, was convicted of entering a train for the purpose of travel without having a valid ticket between Bicester North and Banbury stations on May 28. He was fined £220 and must pay compensation of £5.60 and court costs of £100.

MERBAN ALI HUSSAIN, 31, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, was convicted of leaving a place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on April 3 in Banbury. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

ANTHONY JAMES BEGLEY, 34, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, was found guilty of a assaulting an emergency worker on May 14 last year in Abingdon and admitted drug driving with Benzoylecgonine in his blood on June 15 last year in Hastings. He was fined a total of £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £500 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Kyle BELCHER, 29, of Colne Drive, Berinsfield, admitted drink driving on October 9 in Berinsfield. Had 64mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Nicole GAYNER THEWLIS, 28, of The Gap, Marcham, admitted drink driving on September 25 in Abingdon. Had 98mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

CURTIS WILLS, 25, of Deacon Way, Banbury, admitted breaching a non molestation order by sending messages of a perceived threatening and intimidating nature on November 6. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

PATRICK KEENAN, 36, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing £315, £116 and £158 of perfume from Boots, Oxford, on February 5 and March 12. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay compensation of £589.

HAZEL NICOLE CARTER, 37, of Webb's Close, Wolvercote, admitted assaulting a woman in Oxford on February 29. She was made subject to a community order to include a four-month curfew and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must also pay £150 compensation, a £90 victim surcharge and £200 court costs.

Jordan Simeon SEAR, 35, of MacDonald Close, Didcot, admitted possessing a quantity of cocaine at Abingdon Police Station and failing to provide a specimen for analysis on April 5 last year. He was fined a total of £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six month.

GRANT BECKLEY, 18, of Roundham Close, Kidlington, admitted drug driving with MDMA in his blood as well as driving without third party insurance and a licence on April 23 in Carterton. Also admitted assaulting an emergency worker in Bicester on November 8. He was jailed for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months and must complete 14 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also fined £200 and must pay £100 compensation and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Martin RICHARD COX, 48, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by drinking bottled alcohol in public on High Street, Abingdon, on November 7 and committing an offence while subject to a community order. He was jailed for eight weeks and must pay a fine of £150 and a victim surcharge of £34.

KEVYN LOUIS FERENC, 26, of Britwell Salome, Watlington, admitted drink driving on October 11 in Oxford. Had 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JACOB KIBBLE, 18, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, admitted stealing a phone charging cable valued at £10 from a vehicle on February 26 in Oxford as well as possessing a folding pocket lock knife without authority. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

REECE DANIEL GRIFFITHS-WALFORD, 19, of Edmund Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on April 19. He was made subject to a community order to include 120 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £100.

Darren HAINES, 49, of Brome Place, Headington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence on June 1 in Oxford. He was fined £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DIEGO REGUEIRA, 32, of Islip Road, Oxford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on June 5 in Oxford. Fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and given six penalty points.
