OFFICERS arrested a motorist last night who was seen driving dangerously on a road.

Police had received reports from a member of the public who said a vehicle was 'swaying' on a carriageway.

The driver was located and stopped on Launton Road, Bicester.

They provided a positive breathalyser test and were arrested.

The legal limit for alcohol in a breath test is 35mcg for 100ml, but the driver tested 84mcg on one blow and 87 on his second, meaning he was well over double the limit both times.
