EILEEN DORAN, 42, of Middle Ground, Wheatley, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 1 and 29 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SHANE HANRAHAN, 30, of Heatley Way, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 6 and August 3 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LINO MACHADO, 19, of Oxford Road, Littlemore, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on Banbury Road, Oxford, on June 25. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SERGIO MENDES VIEIRA, 41, of Saunders Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on June 19 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALASTAIR GLEN SMITH, 32, of Windmill Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 100mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 Forest Hill on August 27. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £67 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LARA KAREN THOMAS, 50, of Woodley Green, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on June 23. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

YISROEL WACHS, 38, of Canterbury Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on May 31 in Oxford. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

FLAVIO CESAR BENEVIDES LOUREIRO, 42, of Wood Farm Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on March 27 in Oxford and three other counts of speeding. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 for the first offence and he was disqualified from driving for six months for repeat offending.

MICHAEL DAVID CHITTOCK, 38, of

Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments and provide evidence. He was fined £40 and must pay court costs of £60.

Callum JAY EDGE, 24, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work and provide evidence. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

Matthew JAKES, 32, of Dashwood Road, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment by failing to attend appointments and provide evidence. He was fined £40 and must pay court costs of £60.

JORDAN WILLIAM M SPICER, 27, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, admitted drug driving with Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on June 7 in Kidlington. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAMES COX, 56, of The Green, Horspath, admitted racially aggravated use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and he must pay compensation of £50.

MARCELINO RIBEIRO, 31, of Havelock Road, Oxford, admitted two counts of assaulting a woman in Oxfordshire and causing criminal damage to a mobile phone on February 23 and 24. Also admitted failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay compensation totalling £300, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

LUKE SHIRLEY, 20, of no fixed abode, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on October 5 in Abingdon and committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and a fine of £50.

Harcharan Daniel Singh LALLIE, 27, of Brasenose Driftway, Oxford, admitted theft of a number of items valued at £200 in Oxford on May 5. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronically monitored curfew for eight weeks and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

BARRY PAUL BRICKNELL, 54, of Dunstall Avenue, Chipping Norton, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 12 in Oxford. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CRAIG CORDING, 45, of Stevenson Drive, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding by driving in excess of 30mph in a 30mph zone on the A415 Culham on May 29. He was fined £307 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

JOVA ILIOSKI, 30, of Fair Close, Bicester, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 25 in Bicester. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PAWEL KRAWCZYK, 27, of Ferriston, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 26 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

EMMA LEFTLEY, 35, of Tweed Crescent, Bicester, was convicted of speeding by driving 92mph in a 70mph zone on The M40 Banbury on June 2. She was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90 and her driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

ANDREW LOW, 49, of Kennedy Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to stop when required by a constable and driving without third party insurance on July 18 in Botley, Oxford. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £88 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six points.
