SHADOW Arts Minister and Wantage MP Ed Vaizey will present certificates to winners of a Millennium Myths and Monsters competition today.
The competition was launched by Oxford University to find a design to replace original gargoyles at the world famous Bodleian Library.
Nine new gargoyles, which will be based on the successful artists' drawings, will grace the northwest face of the 17th-century building.
