OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

ANDREW SMITH, 45, of New Road, Hailey, admitted assaulting a woman in Witney on November 12 last year. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

Jake Benjamin SMITH, 30, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted 14 counts of stealing alcohol at various values and on various dates in July and September from Tesco, Cowley Road. He was jailed for 14 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.

KEVIN TURNER, 55, of Corbetts Way, Thame, admitted assaulting a woman in Grove on September 17 and 19. He was made subject to a community order to include 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95.01 and £85 court costs.

KARL MATTHEW SOUTHEY, 23, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, was found guilty of causing criminal damage to a police vehicle and assaulting a police officer on June 2 in Abingdon. He must pay a fine of £180, compensation of £85, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £200.

ANDREW DARLOW, 53, of Flatford Place, Kidlington, admitted drink driving on May 15 in Kidlington. Had 100mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 90 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Nigel ROBERT ALLEN, 59, of Asquith Road, Oxford, admitted possessing a white handled knife in public in Oxford on August 4. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and 14 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

ARSHID HUSSAIN, 37, of Merton Street, Banbury, admitted drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on May 27 in Banbury and driving without a licence. He was fined a total of £170 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

EMMA THOMAS, 44, of Manor Road, Woodstock, admitted drink driving on March 11 in Woodstock. Had 161mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and she must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

JANET CAROL ANNE MILLIKIN, 64, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by throwing furniture and interfering with traffic on the A415 Marcham Road on August 19 and two counts of assaulting a woman in Abingdon on July 22 and breaching a criminal behaviour order. Also admitted causing criminal damage. She was made subject to a community order to include mental health treatment requirement for 12 months and 24 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

PETER JOHN CURRIE, 43, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing meat to the value of £34.24 from Aldi, Oxford, on October 29 and resisting a constable in te execution of their duty. He was fined a total of £110 and must pay compensation of £34.24.

PAUL KATEU, 37, of Wilcote Road, Oxford, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner's consent and drink driving on May 16 in Headington and driving without a licence and without third party insurance. Had 258mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he was disqualified from driving for 24 months. He must also pay a fine of £200, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

LEON WILLIAM IAN ALDRIDGE, 21, of Evenlode Drive, Berinsfield, admitted drug driving with cocaine and Benzoylecgonine in his blood on March 30 in Berinsfield. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £45 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LEE BAYLISS, 43, of Kimmeridge Road, Cumnor, admitted being drunk and disorderly in public in Cumnor Hill on November 1 and having a quantity of cannabis. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

HENRY GEOFFREY PARROTT, 20, of Bullingdon Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on October 3 in Oxford. Had 75mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

MATTHEW RYMAN, 36, of Edinburgh Drive, Didcot, admitted drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood on September 5 last year in Didcot. He was fined £166 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

SAMUEL GEORGE SCOTT, 19, of Manor Road, Witney, admitted drink driving on October 2 in Curbridge. Had 62mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £289 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

FRANCESCA MAIR, 23, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, admitted drink driving on October 3 in Chipping Norton. Had 74mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £50 and she was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

CARLOS MONTINI, 19, of Moorbank, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence on October 4 in Oxford. He was fined £84 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LUCY CATHERINE SUMMERFIELD-CARTWRIGHT, 43, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on March 28 in Oxford. She was fined £75 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £75.

FLORIN BAGEAG, 31, of Champion Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on June 15. He was fined £123 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ADAM BEKULART, 45, of Fane Drive, Berinsfield, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Abingdon Road, Oxford, on June 11. Fined £220, £34 victim surcharge, £90 court costs and three penalty points.

HARRY BUCKLEY, 20, of Battle Road, Benson, convicted of speeding by driving 54mph in a 30mph zone in Benson on September 14. Fined £423, £42 victim surcharge, £90 costs and six points.
