A nurse will stand trial today accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at Oxford's John Radcliffe Hospital.
Oliver Balicao, 33, is alleged to have attacked the teenager at the hospital on the night of March 11/12 this year while working there as a nurse.
A spokesman for the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals Trust said he was suspended immediately following the accusations.
Balicao, who is from Bicester, is charged with rape.
The trial will be held at Oxford Crown Court.
