A deer was rescued by firefighters after becoming stuck down a hole.

On Friday morning crews from Deddington, near Banbury, were sent to rescue the Muntjac deer which had become trapped down a disused water drainage shaft.
A Facebook post by Deddington Fire Station shared pictures of the resuce.
It said the deer was uninjured and tried to jump out so a Firefighter was able to catch it.
Firefighters then lifted it fully out and released it back into the wild.
