POLICE stopped a motorist who was driving with no licence.
The driver was initially pulled over in Oxford on Thursday after officers noticed the car had no lights on in heavy fog.

They then discovered the driver did not have a licence and seized the care before reporting them to court.
In a tweet, the police force's roads policing team said: "Maybe if they'd taken their test they would have learned about turning their lights on."
