OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

DANIEL CHANNER, 46, of Lonsdale Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Marston Road, Oxford, on June 4. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

AKEEM JOHN E CHARLES, 29, of London Road, Headington, was convicted of speeding by driving 52mph in a 30mph zone on Headington Road, Oxford, on August 14. He was fined £406 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ANDREW RONALD COOPER, 57, of Hernes Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 80mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Wytham on August 23. He was fined £1,000 and must pay a victim surcharge of £100 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

IOAN GHEMBETCHI, 59, of Highclere Gardens, Banbury, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on May 25. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ROBERT BRIAN HUMPHREYS, 54, of Steptoe Close, Grove, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on May 29. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and courts of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

STANISLAW SZYMCZYK, 58, of Oxford Road, Kidlington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between June 30 and July 28 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JONY PREGO TILMAN, 28, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Rose Hill, Oxford, on June 1. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MICHAEL WEBBER, 36, of Chamberlain Place, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 96mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 Abingdon on August 28. He was fined £215 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

KRISTZTINA KOSZTICS, 23, of Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 40mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on March 21. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ROSS JOSEPH MCMAHON, 21, of William Street, Oxford, admitted affray in Oxford on August 10 last year. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £100.

MASON THOMAS, 27, of Lake Street, Oxford, admitted drink driving on May 25 in Oxford. Had 68mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

DOMINIC JAMES WOOLOFF, 30, of Rowles Close, Oxford, admitted affray in Oxford on August 10 last year. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and 120 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £100.

JAMES TWIST, 39, of Conduit Road, Abingdon, admitted stalking a woman in Abingdon between February 2 and September 9. He was made subject to a community order to include 17 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95.

MATTHEW MARTIN, 40, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order between September 2 and October 19 by using computers that do not retain internet history. He was jailed for 18 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.

Scott DARREN ARNOLD, 30, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to maintain contact with a responsible officer and provide evidence. He was fined £50.

KIERAN GEORGE ALEJO BLANCO, 24, of Southern Road, Thame, admitted drink driving on September 26 in Tiddington. Had 75mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ANDREW FORSYTH, 46, of Mendip Heights, Didcot, admitted drink driving on September 26 in Didcot. Had 163ug of alcohol exceeding the prescribed limit. He was jailed for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months and must carry out 250 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

MICHAEL THOMSON, 51, of Abbey Road, Witney, admitted drink driving on September 27 in Witney. Had 122ug of alcohol exceeding the prescribed limit. He was made subject to a community order to include 200 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

TYRONE ROLAND ROSS, 33, of Robinson Road, Wootton, was found guilty of drink driving on December 7 in Abingdon. Had 50mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £180 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £500 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

DANIEL ROBERT MOGFORD, 40, of Wetherby Road, Bicester, admitted stealing a wallet, cash, bank card and driving licence on May 1 in Bicester. He must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £50.

PHILLIP HARPER, 43, of Grebe Close, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman on March 1 in Oxford and causing criminal damage. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 12 days. He must also pay compensation of £39, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Andrew Kenneth BROWN, 59, of Rose Hill, Oxford, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by contacting a woman in Oxford on October 26. He was fined £50.
