FLORIN STANESCU, 40, of Prescott Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a valid road test certificate on April 10 in Banbury. GEMMA WEDDELL, 35, of Chinnock Brook, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on March 2 in Drayton. She was find £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and she was disqualified from driving for six months.

GARETH WILLIAM HUGHES, 39, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance and drug driving on May 22 in Faringdon with Benzoylecgonine and cocaine in his blood. He was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

ADNAN HUSSAIN, 24, of Denbigh Close, Banbury, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis and drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in his blood in Banbury on March 21. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

TREASURE MUHWEZI, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a man and a woman in Oxford on August 28 last year. She must pay compensation totalling £100 and court costs of £40.

BEN JOEL MARTIN WEBBER, 39, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted stealing boxes of wine valued at £12.50 and £12.70, £12.70 and £12.70 from Sainsbury's Oxford on November 13 last year, January 24, February 17 and 25 as well as a bottle of wine valued at £8.75 on February 25 and a bottle of Vodka valued at £15 on December 29. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and he must pay compensation totalling £74.15 and court costs of £40.

JAMES BROSNAN, 37, of Richmond Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on April 26. He was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £35 and court costs of £100.

JAMES LIAM CARTHY, 31, of Margaret Road, Oxford, admitted driving without due care and attention and driving while disqualified and without third party insurance on February 26 in Abingdon. He was jailed for four months suspended for 18 months and was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

HAYLEY VINE, 26, of The Hamel, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford on August 23 and two counts of assaulting a police officer in Abingdon on August 23. She was made subject to a community order to include mental health treatment requirement for six months and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days. She must also pay compensation totalling £100 and court costs of £40.

KEVIN KINYANJUI KIARIE, 26, of Burton Place, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of heroin in Oxford on September 22. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

SOPHIE LEANNE GADD, 38, of Apley Way, Witney, was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Witney on December 13. She was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of 32 and court costs of £200.

RICHARD BROWN, 59, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of racially aggravated use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Oxford on February 9. He was jailed for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

BARBARA DANIELA NEVES DA SILVA CAFERRA MATEUS, 40, of Hitchmans Mews, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis a vehicle driver on February 23 in Banbury. She was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £200 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CHERYLE MAUREEN BOWMAN, 38, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted drug driving with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in her blood on May 17 in Oxford. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LIAM MADDEN, 36, of Brookside, East Hanney, was found guilty of drug driving with Ketamine in his blood on August 10 last year in Stanford in the Vale. He was fined £447 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £300 and he was disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Benjamin Charles MACHARTHY, 36, of Britannia Road, Banbury, admitted breaching a non molestation order in Banbury on July 9. He was fined £360 and must pay a victim surcharge of £36 and court costs of £135.

CONSTANTIN PIRJA, 30, of Devon Way, Banbury, admitted drink driving on December 7 in Banbury. Had 141mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

FABIO ALVES-DE-OLIVEIRA, 42, of Brambling Way, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on June 1 in Oxford. Fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

AMANULLAH ALVI, 48, of Windmill Road, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 56mph in a 30mph zone in Oxford on August 20. Fined £450, £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs and six penalty point.
