OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

CRAIG JAMES BALLANTYNE, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing alcohol valued at £106, £83, £90.50, £68.50, £64, £64, and £34 from Tesco, Oxford, on July 13, 14, 16, 17, 21, 24 and October 6. Also admitted committing an offence during the period of a suspended sentence order. He was jailed for a total of 20 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £128.

CARA Louise BEWICK, 35, of Manor Park, Hampton Poyle, admitted possession of a quantity of heroin on May 3 in Bicester. She was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

Martin RICHARD COX, 47, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by consuming alcohol in a public place on October 18 in Abingdon. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

SIMON KIMANI NDUNGU, 29, of Hollow Way, Oxford, admitted drink driving on September 19 in Oxford. Had 65mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

KAITE Louise FORTEATH, 30, of Hailey, Oxfordshire, admitted drink driving on January 25 in Witney. Had 76mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Tammy Lee BAIRD, 39, of Botley Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford on September 19. She was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22.

Carl MARTIN MCDONNELL, 37, of West Street, Bicester, admitted possession of a quantity of cocaine and a quantity of heroin on February 17 in Bicester. He was fiend a total of £140 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

SAMUEL JACOB JACKSON, 40, of Falcon Close, Blackbird Leys, admitted assaulting a police officer in Oxford City Centre on September 6. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

JAY SPINKS, 20, of Blake Road, Bicester, admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels valued at £60 from Sainsbury's, Bicester, on February 19 and racially aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Also admitted stealing a bottle of whiskey valued at £10 belonging to Shotz in Bicester, stealing a crate of Budweiser valued at £9.50 from the Co Op, Bicester and using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress. He was made subject to a community order to include an exclusion for 12 months from Sainsbury's, Pioneer Square, Bicester, rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and 180 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation totalling £300.

MARCUS JOSEPH DAWSON, 30, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment alarm or distress on January 11in Abingdon and failing to comply with the community requirements of a suspended sentence order. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for five days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

CATALIN OVIDIU GHITA, 44, of Woodgreen Avenue, Banbury, admitted being in charge of a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit on July 30 in Banbury. Had 66mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £184 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points.

DOMINIC JOFIRISI, 23, of King Walk, Didcot, admitted causing criminal damage to a police vehicle on February 8 in Didcot and using or threatening unlawful violence towards another. He was made subject to a community order to include 110 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

DAVID MICHAEL WARD, 55, of Thomas Way, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on August 9 in Abingdon. Had 56mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

JOSEPH CLARKE, 18, of Road through Taston, Taston, admitted drink driving on March 20 in Hook Norton. Had 68mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 22 months.

PAULO DASILVA, 30, of Bartlemas Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on September 8 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £414 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

RILEY DUNBAR, 21, of White Horse, Uffington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 20 in Wantage. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

TIRANDAFIR LAURENTIV-COSTEL, 31, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on May 10 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

WANDERSON RODRIGUES, 43, of Leiden Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence on May 7 in Oxford. He was fine £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £343 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANEEL TYRELL, 37, of London Street, Faringdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a driving licence on July 15 in Faringdon. He was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

LUIZ GUSTAVO ZANATTA, 28, of Fairfax Road, Kidlington, was convicted of using a handheld mobile phone while driving and driving without a licence on London Road, Kidlington, on July 26. He was fined a total of £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALEXANDRU FIRU, 25, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, convicted of driving without insurance on April 3 in Banbury. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £90 costs and disqualified from driving for six months.
