OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

CHRISTOPHER ANTHONY FREEMAN, 34, of Hagbourne Road, Didcot, was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Didcot on March 30. He was made subject to a community order to include programme requirement participation for 30 days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £775 and obey a restraining order against his victim.

ROBERT LEE MARTIN KING, 51, of Wilsdon Way, Kidlington, was convicted of speeding by driving 83mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 Beaconsfield on March 16. He was fined £68 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Darren John MANNING, 54, of Danvers Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver between June 10 and July 8 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JEREMY DAVID MCCAMMON, 47, of Bishop Kirk Place, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford, on March 14. He was fined £15 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

OLIVER PARKER, 18, of Brogden Close, North Hinksey, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Cowley Road, Oxford, on March 20. He was fined £68 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

GIUSEPPE PERNA, 32, of Dove House Close, Eynsham, was convicted of speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road, Oxford, on March 21. He was fined £68 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

PAWEL PSIUR, 41, of Meadow Way, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 99mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 Chieveley on March 14. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £90 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALFIE ROSS JARVIS, 18, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner's consent as well as driving without third party insurance and a licence and failing to stop after an accident on November 9 last year in Banbury. Found guilty of drink driving. Had 69mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for seven days and 40 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay court costs of £500 and a £90 victim surcharge and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

ALI KHAN, 25, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted harassment by breaching a restraining order between August 24 and 25 in Oxford as well as possession of a quantity of cocaine and an unspecified drug of class B. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 30 days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

CRAIG JOHN BROWN, 33, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, admitted drink driving on August 9 in Berinsfield. Had 58mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £600 and must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

KORNEL TRZESOWSKI, 21, of Wise Avenue, Kidlington, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on September 8 on Oxford Road, Cowley and failing to surrender to custody. He was made subject to a community order to include an electronic curfew for three months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

Carl JUNIOR WEBSTER, 26, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford City Centre on September 10. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ZAK DOHERTY, 19, of Copse Lane, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly on George Street, Oxford, on September 10 and two counts of assaulting an emergency worker. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months and 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation totalling £150.

JAMES JOHN HALLS, 22, of Peartree Close, Milton under Wychwood, admitted causing criminal damage to an entrance sign of accident and emergency department of the Horton General Hospital, Banbury, on September 11 and possession of a small bag of cannabis. He was fined £200 and must pay compensation of £300, a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.

RICHARD KINNAIRD, 39, of Catwell Close, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Oxford on May 16 and possession of a quantity of cannabis. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

ANJILA LIMBU, 35, of Hubble Close, Oxford, admitted driving while disqualified and using a vehicle without third party insurance in Oxford on May 15. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for three months.

DOUGLAS JAMES MCCLURE, 37, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted aggravated vehicle taking and property damage on November 21 last year in Banbury as well as driving without a licence and without third party insurance and failing to stop after an accident, and drink driving. Had 49mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 150 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Scott Dan PRESTON, 42, of Ladenham Road, Oxford, admitted not taking reasonable steps to ensure the needs of an animal were met between January 26 and February 26 last year in Oxford. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for seven days and he must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £250 and he was disqualified from keeping dogs for five years.

RHEANNON STEARN, 20, of The Causeway, East Hanney, admitted failing to comply with an instruction issued during the coronavirus emergency period on April 20 in Didcot. Fined £80 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £90 court costs.
