AN Oxfordshire hospice is appealing for donations in the run up to Christmas to help it continue to support patients with life-limiting illnesses.

Katharine House Hospice wants to raise £65,000, which is how much it costs to run the Banbury facility over the festive period.

The hospice fundraising team has organised a series of 12 events next month with many of them allowing people to participate from the comfort of their home.

Some of the events include a quiz, a virtual Santa fun run and Lights of Love remembrance service.
