INVESTIGATIONS into the deaths of a family who died in a horrific crash on the A40 will be opened at court this week.
Five ambulances raced to the main road on October 12 after a silver Subaru people carrier crashed with a white ‘heavy goods’ vehicle at around 10pm.
Mum blogger Zoe Powell, 29, died at the scene, between Cassington and Oxford, with her eight-year-old daughter Phoebe.

Two of her other children Simeon, 6, and Amelia, 4, died at the John Radcliffe Hospital later that night and the following day.
Dad Josh Powell, 30, and the couple’s 18-month-old daughter survived the crash.
The coroner will now open the inquests at Oxford Coroners Court on Thursday from 12pm.
An inquest determines who the person was, how, when and where they died.
