A MAN was fined after exposing his penis and urinating in Banbury.
Michael Dyer, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted outraging public decency on July 17.
The 61-year-old was also sentenced for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and possessing cannabis on the same day.

Dyer pleaded guilty to both counts.
He was fined £160 by Oxford Magistrates' Court and must pay a victim surcharge of £34, while the cannabis was forfeited and destroyed.
