WALTER MARTINS, 26, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver in Kidlington on March 30. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMES MCSTOCKER, 45, of Church Lane, Middle Barton, admitted speeding by driving 49mph in a 40mph zone on the A41, Bicester, on March 3. He was fined £55 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

CARLOS MONTINI, 19, of Moorbank, Oxford, was convicted of driving without third party insurance on East Field Close, Oxford, on March 24. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LUKE NEWITT, 19, of Guild Close, Witney, admitted failing to stop when asked by a police officer and riding a motorbike without third party insurance on Holloway Road, Witney, on July 5. He was fined £137 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ABDOU NIANG, 38, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 35mph in a 30mph zone on Amersham Road, Little Chalfont, on March 6. He was fined £196 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JONJOE O’NEILL, 30, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance in Banbury Cross car park on April 3. He was fined £32 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOHN WALTERS, 56, of Mathews Way, Wootton, admitted speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on Wootton Road, Abingdon, on March 11. He was fined £149 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JO-ANNE WINGROVE, 40, of Wetherby Road, Bicester, admitted speeding by driving 52mph in a 30mph zone on Ardley Road, Middleton Stoney, on July 17. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £90. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MURTAZAR AHMED, 30, of Swinburne Road, Oxford, was convicted of leaving the place where he was living without reasonable excuse during the coronavirus emergency period on April 20. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90.

MARTIN COX, 47, of Couldrey Close, Abingdon, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by consuming alcohol in a public place in Bury Street, Abingdon, on September 19. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.

AIMEE HARRIS, 33, of Cecil Sharp Place, Oxford, admitted handling stolen goods, namely a handbag and its contents, in Oxford on August 18. She also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Magistrates’ Court on September 17. She was fined £130 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34.

DARREN WALKER, 43, of Queens Crescent, Shrivenham, admitted assaulting a man at Didcot Parkway station on March 15. He was fined £30 and must pay compensation of £70 and a victim surcharge of £32.

GRZEGORC WOS, 32, of High Furlong, Banbury, admitted drink driving in Windrush, Banbury, on August 23. He had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the legal limit. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

DANIELLE BARAN, 32, of Luker Avenue, Henley, admitted assaulting a woman by beating in Henley on September 24. She was made subject to a restraining order lasting until September 20, 2021. She was also fined £162 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £135.

RICKY HISSEY, 19, of Wellington Street, Wantage, admitted stealing a bank card from a car and using that card to make a £60 gain in Wantage on May 13. He was made subject to a community order, to include 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

INDERJEET AUJLA, 47, of Lancaster Close, Bicester, admitted drug driving on Bucknell Road, Bicester, on December 21. The proportion of the controlled drugs benzoylecgonine and cocaine in his blood exceeded the specified limit. He also admitted drug driving on Skimmingdish Lane, Bicester, on February 13. He was made subject to a community order to include nine months of treatment for drug dependency under the direction of Turning Point. He was disqualified from holding a driving licence for 18 months. He must pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs for £85.

LORRAINE BLACKWELL, 46, of Barns Road, Oxford, admitted driving whilst disqualified and without third party insurance on Between Towns Road, Oxford, on August 25. She was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £36. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JOSEPH SANTOS, 32, of Market End Way, Bicester, admitted possessing cocaine and diamorphine in Bicester on December 6. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. The drugs were destroyed.

ZAFRAN SULTAN, 38, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Park End Street, Oxford, on September 11. He was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £85.

DEVON ARNOLD, 25, of Ferriston, Banbury, was convicted of driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without third party insurance on Longelandes Way, Banbury, on May 8. He was fined £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
