CAMPAIGNERS in Oxford honoured the 10th anniversary of the death of a man who died while being deported.
The vigil at Bonn Square on Monday was part of dozen across the UK held by migrant rights groups and marked the death of Jimmy Mubenga.
The 46 year-old Angolan national died on a BA flight after his head was held down and his breathing restricted by three deportation guards in 2010.
He was being deported from Heathrow to Angola after serving a two-year sentence for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The three guards Terence Hughes, 53, Colin Kaler, 52, and Stuart Tribelnig, 39, denied acting dangerously or negligently during the incident on the British Airways flight.
