THOUSANDS of pounds will be used for a much-needed refurb at a popular community centre in Oxford.
The money, will be used to replace the old floor coverings with new hard-wearing and durable flooring at the West Oxford Community Centre in Botley Road.

Donated by the non-for-profit environmental body FCC Communities Foundation, the £5,806 will provide a 'real boost' to people in the area, according to manager of the centre Keith Birnie.
He revealed that the refurb will be completed by Monday.
