A CAR has overturned near a level crossing after the driver had a 'medical episode'.
Police have warned motorists to approach Sandy Lane in Yarnton 'with care'.
Officers are on the scene and are waiting for the vehicle to be recovered.

Taking to Twitter, officers shared a photo of the scene which is closed off with a police car, mini bollards and a warning sign.
The picture also shows part of a white car in the ditch.
It is not yet known if the driver is injured or how long it will take for the road to be reopened.
