Investigating officer, PC Tim Bowers of the Incident and Crime Response Team, based at Cowley said: "This was a concerning incident in broad daylight. We are carrying out an investigation and we have made an arrest."
“We are aware that some of the women who were approached or possibly assaulted may not yet have contacted us. We would ask them to please get in touch to assist us in progressing our investigation.
“Additionally we would ask anyone who was a witness to these incidents who has not yet come forward to please also get in touch.”
