Oxford Mail:

The floors at the surgery's admin area were soaked as the building's roof drains gave in under the pressure of the heavy rainfall.

Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service took to Facebook to alert the public of the incident: "Working with staff from the surgery who were already busy moving items in the affected area, we were able to locate the source of water coming into the surgery admin area."
