KYRONE AHMED, 18, of Minchery Road, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on November 30 in Oxford. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court cost of £40.

DANIEL COLLINS, 36, of James Street, Oxford, admitted burglary at Tesco Express, St Aldate’s, stealing a bottle of wine to a value unknown on July 21 as well as criminal damage to a handheld custody phone at Abingdon Police Station. He was fined a total of £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £34 and compensation of £77.99 and court costs of £85.

LIAM ELY, 27, of St Hugh’s Close, Bicester, admitted drug-driving on January 31 in Oxford with Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (cannabis) in his blood. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

MACIEJ STEMPNIOWSKI, 29, of Lincoln Place, Thame, admitted drink-driving on June 12 in Thame. Had 111mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £460 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

LEONARD STEVENS, 53, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a PCSO in Oxford on June 23. He was ordered to pay compensation of £80.

MATTHEW DAVID PRATLEY, 47, of Church Road, Chipping Norton, was found guilty of assaulting a woman in Witney on October 16. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for 12 months, unpaid work for 50 hours and rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £200.

CRAIG TERRY LEDBURY, 39, of Orchard Way, Wantage, admitted assaulting a man in Wantage on January 12. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for nine months and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and he must pay compensation of £75.

JACOB CHRISTOPHER SEAMUS SPEKE, 19, of Floyds Row, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on May 11. He was given a conditional discharge of six months and must pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £22.

DAVID LLEWELLYN, 53, of Church Lane, Bicester, admitted possessing a quantity of heroin on October 19 in Banbury. He was fined £55 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

MARIA CATHERINE FARNDEN, 22, of Bennett Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 79mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Wytham on March 19. She was fined £430 and must pay a victim surcharge of £43 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JACK CHAPMAN, 31, of Ebbs Lane, East Hanney, was convicted of speeding by driving 96mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 Chieveley on March 13. He was fined £415 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

JOHN COLLINS, 27, of Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between February 24 and March 23 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

CHRISTOPHER ALLSOP, 35, of Magnette Close, Abingdon, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver, who was allegedly guilty of an offence, when required between February 25 and March 24 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ROY MACDONALD BAILEY, 79, of Church Lane, Dry Sandford, Abingdon, admitted driving at 36mph in a 30mph zone on Besselsleigh Road, Wootton, on December 19. He was fined £100, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

ALEX BARRAN, 33, of Hundred Acres Close, Oxford, admitted driving at 68mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 towards Wytham on January 12. He was fined £300, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with four penalty points.

JOAN MARGARET BENNETT, 78, of Fairmile, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Stonor on December 20. She was fined £83, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

MATTHEW BRADLEY, 40, of Banbury Road, Bicester, admitted drink-driving on the A4421 in Finmere, Buckinghamshire, on June 26. He had 47mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £550, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £55 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RAYMOND COUSINS, 72, of Faringdon Road, Abingdon, admitted drink-driving in Abingdon on February 20. He had 83mcg of alcohol per 100ml of blood, above the legal limit of 80mcg. He was fined £150, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

APARECIDA CONCEICAO FERREIRA ROCHA, 56, of Gillett Road, Banbury, was re-sentenced after an application to revoke a community order made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on August 12, 2019 on medical grounds. She was dealt with for the original offences of assault by beating and damaging a mirror, costing £50, at a house on August 9, 2019. She was made subject to another community order and must now have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and must participate in an activity for 15 days.

ISTVAN SVIDRO, 42, of Mayers Way, Banbury, admitted breaching a community requirement of a suspended sentence made by Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 26, 2019 by failing to attend an appointment on October 7, 2019 and not providing evidence of a reason why. He was dealt with for the original offence of actual bodily harm and was sentenced to 20 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months. He must carry out 30 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months and pay court costs of £60.

CALLUM JORGE SEALE, 18, of Rackham Place, Oxford, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates' Court on March 31 by failing to attend an appointment on February 18 and an unpaid work session on February 29. He was fined £100.
