RESIDENTS have just over a month to have their say on a new charge on developments in West Oxfordshire.
Plans are in place to introduce a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), which is placed on developments, such as new homes, with buildings with an internal area of 100 square metres or more.
The CIL is designed to help fund local infrastructure such as transport and schools.

District councillor Jeff Haine, cabinet member for strategic planning, said: “With any development we want to maximise the opportunities to provide decent infrastructure and facilities for residents.”
The closing date for the consultation is Friday, August 21.
