IAIN WRIGHT, 44, of Hamels Court, Oxford, admitted speeding by driving 103mph in a 70mph zone on October 24, 2018, on the carriageway of the M25 Anti-Clockwise Clacket Lane Services to Junction 5. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 14 days.

PHILIP AUSTIN, 49, of Parsons Piece, Banbury, was convicted of driving 88mph in a 70mph zone on June 27, 2019, on the A421 Tingewick By Pass. He was fined £192 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for seven days.

SAMUEL CARR, 33, of Salford Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving 70mph in a 30mph zone on May 11, 2019, on Marston Road, Oxford. He was fined £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 42 days.

ANDREW GUYAN, 44, of Station Road, Henley, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence between October 31 and November 28 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

DEVON ARNOLD, 25, of Ferriston, Banbury, admitted failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from prison and failing to surrender to custody on April 15 at Oxford Magistrates’ Court. He was made subject to a community order to be under curfew for 28 days with electronic monitoring from May 1. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 31, of Mattock Close, Oxford, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order by being at the same address as a woman on May 11 in Oxford. He was sentenced to 28 days in prison, suspended for six months.

SONNY WEIR, 18, of Southam Road, Banbury, was convicted of one count of assault of a woman and one count of sexual assault of a woman on September 28 in Bicester. He was made subject to a community order to be under curfew for three months with electronic monitoring from May 6. He must also pay compensation of £1,000.

ELISHA WILSON, 18, of Halse Water, Didcot, admitted causing criminal damage to a car to the value of £4,373.70 on September 27 in Didcot. She was made subject to a restraining order preventing her from contacting the owner of the vehicle until November 5, 2021. She must also pay compensation of £600.

TYMOTEYSZ PELKA, 41, of Ruscote Avenue, Banbury, admitted assault by beating a woman and causing criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 on May 9 in Banbury. He was made subject to a community order to include a 30-day rehabilitation programme. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £95 and court costs of £85.

ERIC AUSTIN, 50, of Alice Smith House, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on May 9 at the shopping precinct in Bury Street, Abingdon. He also admitted causing criminal damage to a cell door of unknown value on May 9 at Abingdon Police Station. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 31, of Mattock Close, Headington, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on March 25 on May 11. He was sent to prison for 28 days, suspended for six months because the offence was 'so serious'.

ZAKHERY BRADBURY, 24, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted assault by beating of a prison worker on August 21, 2019, in Bicester as well as assault by beating another prison officer on the same day. He was sentenced to 32 weeks in prison because of his 'flagrant disregard for people and their property'. He must also pay a total of £175 in compensation.

JANET CAROL ANNE MLLIKIN, 63, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted obstructing the A415 by standing in the middle of the road, on May 14. Another application was made to revoke a previous community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on April 29, the day after she obstructed the highway by walking and standing on the road in traffic, causing alarm and distress – which she was prohibited from doing by another community order made on September 17. She was made subject to a community order and must be under a curfew for eight weeks with electric monitoring between 7pm and 6am. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £95.

ANTHONY SEXTON, 31, of Mattock Close, Headington, was convicted of breaching a domestic violence protection order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on April 25 by approaching a woman on Old Road in Headington. He was sent to prison for 14 days because of a 'flagrant disregard for court orders'.

MCCOY JAMES MULLINS, 20, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating on Lake Street on May 18 as well as criminal damage to a phone and front door. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with an officer for 15 days. He must also pay compensation of £100.

LUKE SOFFE, 27, of HMP Bullingdon, admitted criminal damage to a handbag and shoes belonging to woman on January 21 at Prestwood, Buckinghamshire as well as assault by beating the woman. He also admitted driving a vehicle without third party insurance in Buckinghamshire, driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence and taking a Peugeot conveyance without consent from the owner on the same day. He was made to pay £300 in compensation, and was sent to prison for 20 weeks because it was 'unprovoked and of a serious nature'. He was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

DAVID SMITH, 41, of no fixed abode, was made subject to a domestic violence protection order for 28 days and must not contact a woman directly or indirectly, threaten them with violence, threaten to cause damage to anything belonging to them or be aggressive towards them.

MAN BASHADUR LAMA, 34, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, admitted assault by beating a woman on Warneford Meadow, Oxford on February 12. He also admitted criminal damage of a mobile phone and sim card, costing an unknown amount, with the intent to destroy it. He was made subject to a community order and must attend appointments with a responsible officer for 15 days. He must also pay a victim surcharge fee of £90 and court costs of £200.

JACK LESLIE TRINDER, 24, of Curbridge Road, Ducklington, Witney, admitted criminal damage to a front door of a property in Garsington on April 30. He was fined £300, ordered to pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £34.
