A GEORGIAN hotel close to Blenheim Palace is on the market for £2.75 million.

The Feathers in Woodstock has 21 bedrooms and is being sold through Colliers International, a real estate advice company.

Peter Brunt, director of hotels agency for Colliers, said: “This is a rare opportunity to take on a business which is attractive to international tourists with a World Heritage site right next door, as well as the beautiful Cotswolds, which is also a haven for UK visitors. It is a popular destination all year round.

“The hotel is beautifully presented and includes lots of period features, with modern comforts and design.

“The restaurant is frequented by guests and locals alike, and there are opportunities to tailor the business to your own needs.”

In the year ending March 2019, the hotel profited more than £1 million net revenue, with 51 per cent of that coming from room lettings.
