THE creator of Inspector Morse officially reopened Oxford's Prince of Wales pub in May 2015.
Author Colin Dexter reopened the Iffley pub after it had been refurbished.
Landlords Sue and Steve Bant watched the famous author cut a silver ribbon to mark the grand reopening.
