TWO people were arrested after police stopped a ‘suspicious’ vehicle in a layby on the A34 near Kidlington.
Thames Valley Roads Policing, in a post on social media today, said it was spotted while officers were on patrol on Monday evening.

It contained ‘numerous containers and fuel pump’ and has been seized.
