BICESTER Town Council has been forced to cancel three summer events due to coronavirus restrictions.
Two music events – an Abba tribute act and a 1980s night, as well as the Superhero Activity Day, all which were due to take place in August, have been cancelled.

Council leader Richard Mould said: “I know people will be very disappointed that we have been forced to cancel our summer events. It has been a tough decision, but it is the right decision."
Last month’s VE Day celebrations were also cancelled and special online events were hosted by the council instead.
