BICESTER Village has once again had to defend its heaving crowds after an employee hit out at the lack of testing despite promises.
The anonymous employee who works at the luxury retail outlet said: “They promised they would do temperature checking for all guests who walked into the village.

“But a few hours after opening people were free to walk in and out without being checked.”
When asked if this was true, a Bicester Village spokesperson did not confirm or deny the accusation, but simply forwarded a link to its website which lists new shopping protocols during the pandemic like all guests having their temperature checked and two metre distancing in queues.
Other new measures put in place by the outdoor shopping centre bosses include booking a digital slot in queues at the boutiques and strict cleaning regimes.
