Shops reopen across Oxfordshire as lockdown eased

  • - Oxford City Council has set up a one-way pavement system in the busiest areas to aid social distancing.
  • - Westgate and the Covered Market are among those set to reopen.
  • - As well as shops, zoos and safari parks are also welcoming back visitors, places of worship can open for private prayer while some secondary school pupils will begin returning to their classrooms.
  • - As restrictions ease passengers on public transport will be required to wear face coverings from today.
