A RESIDENT disturbed an attempted burglary after hearing someone climb over their fence.
The incident took place on Wednesday at 11.10pm in Robsart Place, Cumnor.
The resident was woken by a noise and heard someone climb over their fence, and went outside and possibly disturbed the offenders.

The following morning, marks were found on the rear door and tools were found near the property’s fence.
