Michael John ROBERTS, 40, of Sheldon Way, Oxford, was convicted of breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Oxford city centre on November 2 as well as two counts of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress and one racially aggravated use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress. He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

DAVID HARPER, 40, of Foxglove Way, Didcot, admitted causing criminal damage to a mobile phone to the value of £220 on June 17. He was fined £150 and must pay compensation of £110 and a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

PAULA GEORGIANA BASCA, 29, of Lawn Upton Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 61mph in a 50mph area on the Eastern Bypass, Oxford, on August 10. She was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ALBERTO BRUNELLI, 51, of Pullens Field, Headington, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 27 and October 25 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

WAYNE ROBERT BUTLER, 44, of Kestrel Crescent, Oxford, was convicted of speeding by driving 38mph in a 30mph zone on Sandford Road on August 9. He was fined £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

DAVID ANDREW COTTRELL, 49, of Lyford, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 37mph in a 30mph zone on Steventon Road, Drayton on September 5. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

SIMON JOHN GWYN DAVIES, 52, of Violet Way, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 4 and November 1 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court cost of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

STEVEN FRANCKLIN, 49, of Home Farm Close, Bladon, was convicted of speeding by driving 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 Forest Hill on September 22. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

LEWIS HATHAWAY, 26, of Bridewell Close, North Leigh, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on September 23 on Banbury Road, Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

PAUL DARREN OTTER, 52, of Harcourt Road, Wantage, was convicted of driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road in Oxford on August 8. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving record was endorsed with three penalty points.

ANIEL PIRLITU, 33, of Lakeside, Witney, was convicted of failing to give information about the identification of a driver when required to do so between October 19 and November 15 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

CATHERINE ELENOR RICHARDSON, 52, of Raleigh Park Road, Oxford, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Botley Road in Oxford on September 19 as well as driving at 57mph in a 50mph zone on the A34 Botley Interchange on September 18. She was fined £306, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £64 and court costs of £85. Her driving record was endorsed with six penalty points.

HUGO SCOTT, 44, of Leon Close, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information about a driver suspected of being guilty of a driving offence between October 7 and November 4 in Banbury. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

GIORGI SOTIRI, 26, of Gibbs Road, Banbury, admitted driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone on Woodstock Road, Oxford on August 4. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence has also been endorsed with three penalty points.

LAURIE WHEELER, 58, of Southfield Park, Oxford, admitted driving at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A34 on September 19. He was fined £40, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

SAMUEL CRAIG COOPER, 28, of Valence Crescent, Witney, admitted being in possession of ketamine, a class B drug, on July 27, 2019. He was fined £66, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40. He must also forfeit the ketamine to be destroyed.

NIGEL PAUL PASK, or Nigel Jones, 51, of Thornley Close, Abingdon, admitted harassment without violence between November 14 and November 23 in Oxfordshire by calling a woman numerous occasions and going to her workplace. He also admitted criminal damage on November 11 in Abingdon by snapping the wing mirror off her car and on November 12 he admitted smashing the driver's side front window and snapping a windscreen wiper off. He also resisted a police officer. He was ordered to pay compensation of £400 as well as court costs of £100. He has also been made subject to a community order and must attend rehabilitation appointments for 20 days.

GARY DAVID JONES, 54, of Mill Lane, Chalgrove, admitted driving at more than 30mph in a 30mph zone on the B480 in Chiselhampton on May 13, 2019. He was fined £667, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85. He was also banned from driving for 28 days.
