Tony Richards appeal poster shared by Surrey Police
A MISSING man from Surrey may be in Oxfordshire after recent sightings were reported to police on the A40, near Eynsham.
Tony Richards, 61, is white, 6ft 2ins, slim with brown hair and a large beard.

He was last seen on May 18 at at 8.30pm wearing a black long-sleeved top, faded black trousers, a dark hat and carrying a grey camping style backpack.
