SUSAN PROSSER, 54, of Sewell Close, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on July 25 in Abingdon. Had 142 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £733 and must pay a victim surcharge of £73 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for three years.

Jermaine Ashford JONES, 37, of Palmer Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly on February 10 at BP Garage, Oxford Road, Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85.

KYLE MANNALL, 26, of Main Street, Wendlebury, admitted damaging a rear garden gate, assaulting a police officer and possessing a quantity of MDMA in Upper Arncott on August 30. He was fined £260 and must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

KATHRYN EMMA GILL, 41, of Park Road, Ducklington, admitted drink driving on January 12 in Witney. Had 119 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was made subject to a community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 80 hours of unpaid work. She must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 28 months.

ALEXANDER ANDREW BELL, 48, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend a programme session, an appointment and unpaid work induction. The order was varied to remove unpaid work and he must pay a fine of £40 and court costs of £60.

STUART GRIER, 25, of Crossville Crescent, Didcot admitted failing to comply with a suspended sentence by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. He was fined £100 and must pay court costs of £60.

KALEM JOSH PAINTIN, 21, of Saunders Road, Oxford, admitted failing to comply with a community order by failing to attend unpaid work sessions. He was fined £80 and must pay court costs of £85.

BRIAN RAMSAY, 18, of Curbridge Road, Ducklington, admitted failing to comply with a youth rehabilitation order by failing to attend an appointment and an unpaid work session. He was fined £40 and must pay court costs of £60.

IAN MARTIN BYE, 44, of Croft Road, Marston, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on July 26 on Woodstock Road, Oxford. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JAMES CURTIS, 30, of Burford Road, Chipping Norton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between September 20 and October 18 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KRISTIE JOANNE EAST, 46, of Mably Grove, Wantage, was convicted of speeding by driving 36mph in a 30mph zone on September 5 on Steventon Road, Drayton. She was fined £123 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

ISOBEL SARAH FRAMPTON, 46, of Little Compton, Oxfordshire, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between October 18 and November 15 in Banbury. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KRISTIAN GROZDONOV, 23, of Medina Gardens, Bicester, admitted driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without third party insurance on November 21 on Hunt Close in Bicester. He was fined £438, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £43 as well as court costs of £85. His driving record was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MARJUS KOLA, 19, of Thames View Road, Oxfordshire, admitted driving at 101mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 northern bypass, as well as driving without third party insurance. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID GEORGE WAINWRIGHT, 54, of Watery Lane, Abingdon, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Abingdon on July 12. He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

RAFAL GIMINSKI, 45, of Wilkins Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating on November 16. He made subject to a community order and must have treatment for alcohol dependency with Turning Point for six months. He must also pay a £90 victim surcharge fee and £30 in court costs.

OLIVER TILLING, 22, of Leigh Croft, Abingdon, admitted affray on January 19 in Abingdon, together with three others threatened unlawful violence causing a person of reasonable firmness to fear for his safety. He was fined £460, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £46 as well as £85 in court costs.

BRANDON HUTCHINSON, 18, of no fixed abode, admitted criminal damage to a property on August 26 in Carterton. He damaged St Mungo’s Community Housing with intention to be reckless. He was sent to prison for 28 days because the offence ‘was so serious’ an damage was caused whilst intoxicated. He must also pay compensation of £200.

CONNOR HUTCHINSON, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to St Mungos Community Housing on August 26 at Balckbourton Road in Carterton. He was sent to prison for 14 days because the 'offence was so serious' and damaged caused while intoxicated. He was ordered to pay compensation of £200.
