THOMAS ARTHUR JACOB, 26, of Tarvers Way, Adderbury, admitted drink driving on October 6 in Banbury. Had 95 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £846 and must pay a victim surcharge of £84 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 23 months.

DAVID BARRY DOOLAN, 48, of Plumpton Road, Bicester, admitted driving while disqualified in Bicester on September 9 as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance and failing to surrender to custody. He was jailed for six weeks suspended for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

ADRIAN-SORIN SAVIN, 31, of Woodgreen Avenue, Bicester, admitted drink driving on December 7 in Banbury. Had 182 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £285 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CAMERON JACK FLEMING, 22, of no fixed abode, admitted drink driving on January 2 in Banbury as well as driving without third party insurance and without a driving licence and having a quantity of cannabis. Had 62 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include programme requirement for 30 days and rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days and he must carry out 50 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

ALISON PLAISTEAD, 57, of Marlborough Close, Eynsham, admitted stealing an iPhone8 and a bank card to the value of £490 from a woman at Top Shop, Oxford, on December 8. Also admitted fraud by making a purchase of a drink and a mobile phone with a stolen bank card. She was made subject to a community order to include 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days and she must pay compensation totalling £512.09.

JAMES JOHN BOYLE, 33, of John Morris Road, Abingdon, admitted stealing a pedal cycle valued at £300 from the White Horse Leisure and Tennis Centre, Abingdon, on August 15. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21, court cost of £85 and compensation of £150.

COLIN FRANCIS GILES, 70, of Usk Way, Didcot, admitted breaching a risk of sexual harm order by having a mobile phone without informing a public protection officer in Didcot on February 17. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

Joseph James SANTOS, 32, of Hudson Street, Bicester, was convicted of failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend unpaid work on October 1, 16 and 17. He was fined £200 and must pay court costs of £100.

PABLO SANTOS-ALVEZ, 23, of Barton Village Road, Barton, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault by beating, using violence to enter premises and causing criminal damage to a window to a value unknown on February 16 in Oxford. He was jailed for six months, made subject to a restraining order and must pay a victim surcharge of £122.

PEREIRA ANTONIO, 32, of Moorbank, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence and without third party insurance on January 11 at Blay Close, Oxford. He was fined £320 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

SANDRA CARROLL, 40, of Garden Close, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 7 in Didcot. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

BRIAN DAVIDSON, 75, of Coromandel, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on January 6 in Abingdon. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MIHALY KALMAN, 45, of Market Place, Faringdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on November 29 in Didcot. He was fined £313 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAROSLAW NAGORKA, 38, of was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on December 13 in Didcot. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

HONORA NCHARI, 43, of Cromwell Road, Banbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on September 7 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

Charlotte Marie ORCHARD, 38, of Cullerne Close, Abingdon, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and driving without a licence on January 10 in Oxford. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KAM SAM WONG, 20, of North Way, Headington, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance on August 8 in Oxford. He was fined £138 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ALAN CLARE, 47, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 5 at Friars Wharf, Oxford. He was fined £230 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

VINCENT CHRISTOPHER HARTIGAN, 53, of Forest Side, Kennington, admitted drink driving on October 7 in Oxford. Had 222mlg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Fenton Billy OSBOURNE, 51, of Southam Road Banbury, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis on January 21 in Banbury. He was fined £160 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

JOHN WAY, 44, of Pearce Way, Thame, admitted assault by beating an emergency worker, a police officer, in Thame on January 5. He was made subject to a community order to include180 hours of unpaid work and 12 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay compensation of £200.
