OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

SHKELQIM RAMA, 28, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle between July 31 and August 28 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay court cots of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

RICHARD WILLIAM MELLIS, 51, of Main Street, Forest Hill, admitted drink driving on January 31 on London Road, Headington. Had 42 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £40 and he was disqualified from driving for three years.

Grant DAVID PAUL CAISTOR, 30, of Laburnum Grove, Didcot, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Station Road, Didcot and assaulting a man and causing criminal damage on January 29. He was made subject to a community order to include 50 hours of unpaid work and he must pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £90.

CURTIS AARON HALSEY, 22, of Malvern Close, Didcot, was convicted of drink driving on Faringdon Road on January 3 and using a vehicle without third party insurance. Had 107 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include 60 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Mark THOMAS, 49, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted stealing parcels on January 17 in Oxford. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £4.70, a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £40.

JAMIE ROBERT MACGREGOR, 37, of Furlongs, Drayton, admitted assaulting a woman in Abingdon on December 4. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £110.

SCOTT FRIDAY, 24, of High Street, Banbury, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order by attending a Christmas meal where children under 16 were present. He was fined £123 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

Osama ELZAIN, 48, of Crotch Crescent, Marston, admitted speeding by driving above 70mph in a 70mph zone in Haldon, Exeter on February 15 last year. He was fined £512 and must pay a victim surcharge of £51 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

JANINE CAROLINE SYMONDSON, 60, of Youens Drive, Thame, admitted speeding by driving 55mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 London Road, Postcombe on June 5. She was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

ADAM DAVID MCCARTHY, 36, of Goldfinch Close, Bicester, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between April 23 and May 21 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

THOMAS JAMES MORLEY, 24, of Park Road, Didcot, was convicted of speeding by driving 42mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 London Road, Postcombe on July 16. He was fined £293 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending.

EVE CHARLOTTE OUSLEY, 27, of Parkside, Cuddesdon, was convicted of speeding by driving 47mph in a 30mph zone on Cuddesdon Road, Horspath, on April 17 last year. He was fined £133 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with five penalty points.

COURTNEY ERSKINE, 26, of Longlands Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between July 31 and August 28 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

FRANCESCO MINIATI, 40, of Belvedere Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver between August 28 and September 25 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

DAVID GEORGE RIMMER, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted threatening to set fire to The Bell public house, Banbury, on November 16. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £21, compensation of £50 and court costs of £85. He was also barred from the pub for a total of 12 months.

Scott Davis FOX, 36, of Iffley Turn, Oxford, admitted taking a vehicle without the owner's consent, using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence, and possession of a quantity of cannabis on June 9 in Oxford. He was fined a total of £500 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JANET CAROL ANNE MILLIKIN, 63, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted throwing a drink and ice cream across a cafe and shouting and swearing in public at Oxford ice rink on February 14. She was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

MARIO HORVATH, 44, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted drink driving on February 1 in Oxford. Had 68 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

JAMIE OLIVER MORRIS, 26, of Sunderland Avenue, Oxford, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on January 31. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21 and court costs of £85 and £100 compensation.

ANKIT NIMJE, 27, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted drink driving on February 2 on Abingdon Road, Oxford. Had 47 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

TREVOR STEPHEN BRAIN, 38, of Schofield Avenue, Witney, was convicted of two counts of handling stolen goods in Witney on November 12 2018. He was fined a total of £766 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £500.

Christopher GREEN, 37, of Mold Crescent, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman in Banbury on January 20 as well as stealing bottles off wine valued at from WH Smiths, Banbury on September 15 and 17 and January 20. The total value of the stolen wine was £29.74. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and must pay a victim surcharge of £21.
