The alleged offences relate to an incident which is claimed to have taken place on Tuesday, March 10, this year at York Place, Oxford.
Prosecutors allege that police saw what was believed to be a drug deal taking place near to the Sainsbury's store on St Clement's.
Diamond and Fenn, it is claimed, were then seen together shortly after 2.30pm that day.

Prosecutors allege that the pair were 'acting together' and that they were involved in the supply of illicit drugs.
At a hearing held at Oxford Crown Court today both Fenn and Diamond pleaded not guilty to the charges that they face.
After the pleas had been entered a trial date was set at that hearing.
The case is expected to take place on August 3 this year at the same court.
