A MAN exposed himself at a woman during the middle of the afternoon.
At about 12.15pm on Friday, the victim, a woman in her forties, was walking along the rail footpath between Charlbridge Lane and Bicester Road, when the man exposed himself to her.
He then rode off in the opposite direction on a bicycle.
The offender is described as a white man, of skinny build and aged in his early twenties.

He had brown hair and was dressed in a dark navy blue sweatshirt with light grey tracksuit bottoms.
Investigating officer, PC Katie Derrick, said: “I am appealing for witnesses to this incident, which was a distressing experience for the victim.
“If anyone believes they have any information that could help, or recognises the physical description of the offender, please get in touch with police.
