A 17-year-old has been released on police bail until Wednesday, January 16, having been arrested on suspicion of careless driving.
The youth was arrested in connection with a collision in which a 13-year-old boy was killed near McDonald's in Ducklington Lane, Witney, on Friday nightNov16.
