JOE DANIEL SUTTON, 33, of Rothwells Close, Cholsey, admitted burglary in Wallingford between July 20 and 22 and receiving stolen goods as well as committing an offence while subject to a community order. He was jailed for a total of 32 weeks and must pay compensation of £50.

JOAO DA SILVA, 47, of Troy Close, Headington, admitted assaulting a man in Oxford on August 26 as well as causing criminal damage to a necklace valued at £50. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation totalling £150, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £150.

DANIELLE LOUISE APLIN, 28, of Mendip Height, Didcot, admitted drink driving on November 7 in Didcot as well as using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence. Had 113 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. She was fined a total of £240 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

TENNILLE CONSTANTINE, 40, of Newlands Way, Wallingford, admitted assaulting a woman in Cholsey on July 24. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85.

CHLOE LOUISE EDMONDS, 28, of Coromandel, Abingdon, admitted driving while unfit through drugs in Abingdon on August 4 and using a vehicle without third party insurance and a licence. She was made subject to a community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days and she must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and she was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Jack Alan Thomas MURPHY, 29, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing two bottles of alcohol to the value of £34, another two bottles of alcohol valued at £34, and another two bottles of alcohol valued at £34 from Tesco, Oxford, on November 8, 14 and 16. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was jailed for a total of 56 days and he must pay compensation totalling £68 and a victim surcharge of £122.

SAM PAUL GOODALL, 33, of Roebuck Court, Didcot, admitted assaulting a woman in Didcot in Abingdon on December 25. He was made subject to a community order to include six months alcohol treatment requirement and participation in the Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days as well as 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He was also fined £375 and must pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £100.

Jonathan Alan GRIFFIN, 28, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted two counts of stealing a litre bottle of vodka valued at £15.40 from Sainsbury’s, Oxford, on November 8 and 24. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and he must pay compensation totalling £30.80 and a victim surcharge of £21.

MALCOLM PRESTON, 44, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted breaching a non-molestation order by attending an address and contacting a woman he was prohibited from doing on December 12 in Abingdon. He was made subject to a community order to include alcohol treatment requirement for six months and 25 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

MARK JOHN SHAW, 31, of Evans Way, Chipping Norton, admitted assault by beating and damaging a front door in Chipping Norton on September 17. He was made subject to a community order and must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months. He has must also not contact the victim for at least one year as part of a restraining order and has been ordered to pay £100 in compensation as well as a £90 victim surcharge fee and £85 in court costs.

CONNOR WYATT, 19, of Oakwood Way, Cumnor, admitted breaching a community order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on December 14 by failing to turn up to unpaid work sessions on October 15, 16 and 17 and not providing any reasonable excuse. His community order was revoked and he was sentenced for the original crime of driving a moped that had been unlawfully taken and failing to give a specimen for blood during an investigation on September 17, 2018. He was sent to prison for eight weeks in total, suspended for 12 months because 'the offences are so serious and he had total disregard for the community order'. He must also attend appointments for at least 20 days.

THOMAS ALISTAR WICKHAM, 35, of Black Bourton Road, Carterton, was convicted of driving without due care and attention on November 13 at Three Mile Cross, Berkshire. He was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

AKHEEL KHAN, 26, of Padbury Drive, Banbury, admitted driving without third party insurance on George Street in Banbury, on June 14. He was not disqualified from driving because of his mitigating circumstances of his mother being ill and disabled nephews who rely on him to drive. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 as well as £85 court costs. His driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

DAVID JOHN EDSWORTH, 36, of Tower Close, Abingdon, admitted assault by beating on February 5, 2020 outside Tesco on Thornhill Walk in Abingdon. He was fined £60 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs.

ANITA BETTLE, 54, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing three bottles of whiskey and brandy costing £48.50 from a shop on Cowley Road as well as stealing: two bottles of alcohol costing £41, three bottles costing £41 and three bottles costing £65 from Tesco on Cowley Road between September 28 and November 22. She also admitted stealing £100 worth of perfume from Boots on Cornmarket Street on December 4 and £30 face cream from Sainsbury's in the Westgate Centre on January 1. She was made subject to a community order and must have treatment for her drug dependency as a non resident for six months which will be reviewed monthly. She must also pay compensation of £260.50. One other offence was taken into consideration.

ABBIE GRANT, 18, of Park Way, Oxford, admitted breaching curfew conditions on December 29, February 1 and February 5 set out by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 24 after she was charged with attempted robbery and possession of a knife. She was re-admitted to conditional bail until a crown court hearing on June 1 and must not leave her address between 7pm and 7am, contact a man, go to the BP garage on Headley Way or sleep at another address in old Marston.
