To the editor,
I hope this little poem helps people to understand how serious this is now
But remember restrictions are there for a reason.
I know life is hard and face a very uncertain future but I am sure in time it will ease if only we get the message – please stay at home.
This is a nasty coronavirus
Just like Cheddar cheese
You can get it mild or mature
So it makes good sense to stay indoors.
Like cherry tree petals
This nasty coronavirus behaves
Suddenly blossoming and growing out of control
So then just like a thousand petals falling
It leaves a memory of lost lives
So please stay inside
