OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

ROSEMARY HUTTON, 64, of Manor Close, Chilton, was convicted of failing to provide information when requested relating to council tax regulations between October 26 and November 4 in Didcot. She was fined £110 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £100.

ELLA NATALIA HENRIETTA PECKO, 29, of no fixed abode, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka valued at £50 from Sainsbury’s, Westgate, Oxford, on November 29 and assaulting a woman on Luther Street, Oxford, on December 30 as well as failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison by failing to attend appointments. She was jailed for a total of 14 weeks and must pay compensation of £50.

Daniel ROBERT SOUTHWELL, 33, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted possession of a single deal bag of cannabis on January 27 on Luther Street, Oxford. He was fiend £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32.

SYDANE GREEN, 19, of Brambling Way, Oxford, admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis in Abingdon on July 28. He was made subject to a community order to include 40 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a victim surcharge of £90.

JOSHUA JOHN WEAVER, 22, of Chapel Street, Bicester, admitted theft by employee by stealing £1,500 cash from Tommy Hilfiger, Bicester, between January 1 and July 31 2019. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and he must pay compensation of £800.

DAWID CHODOROWSKA, 35, of Bailey Road, Oxford, admitted failing to cooperate with a breath test when required on January 13 in Oxford. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with four penalty points.

ERDJAN MALIK, 30, of Hawksmoor Road, Oxford, was convicted of assaulting a man in Oxford on September 24. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £200.

ANASTAS PROKO, 45, of Steep Rise, Headington, admitted drink driving on November 13 in Oxford. Had 147 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He was fined £450 and must pay a victim surcharge of £45 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

TOMAS STEINER, 35, of Lower Well, Gloucestershire, admitted drug driving on August 25 in Witney. Had 445 mcg of Benzoylecgonine per litre of blood, 20 mcg of cocaine per litre of blood and 6.6 mcg of cannabis per litre of blood. Also admitted using a vehicle without third party insurance and without a licence and possession of a quantity of cocaine. He was made subject to a community order to include 100 hours of unpaid work and he must pay a fine of £100, a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for two years.

HENRY BUTLER, 27, of Corner Meadow, Farnborough, was convicted of theft in a dwelling in Banbury on January 7 2019 by stealing cash, a bank card, jewellery, perfume and other items to a value unknown. Also admitted two counts of fraud by false representation by using a bank card belonging to another to buy goods in Banbury on January 7 2019. He was jailed for 24 weeks suspended for two years and must pay compensation totalling £148.41 and court costs of £85.

MATEUSZ CWIAKALA, 28, of Coopers Green, Bicester, admitted assaulting a man on August 10 in Bicester. He was fined £334 and must pay compensation of £75, a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85.

ALAN JACK ROBERTS, 70, of Burton Place, Oxford, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order by using a laptop computer at the Westgate Central Library, Oxford, on November 30 and December 18, deleting internet history use and using a device capable of accessing the internet. He was made subject to a community order to include rehabilitation activity requirement for 15 days and 80 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £90 and court costs of £85.

COSTEL ROTARU, 43, of Fernhill Close, Kidlington, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis on January 12 at Banbury Police Station. He was fined £392 and must pay a victim surcharge of £39 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

FABIO SOUZA, 31, of Marina Way, Abingdon, admitted drink driving on June 23 in Abingdon. Had 90 mlg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. Also admitted drug driving with 195 mcg of Benzoylecgonin per litre of blood. He was fined a total of £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

MICHAEL HUTTON, 67, of Main Avenue, Sandford-on-Thames, admitted drink driving on October 27 in Sandford-on-Thames. Had 55 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. He was fined £150 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32 and court costs of £350 and he was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

ABDEL HADI MOHAMMAD ASSAF, 39, of Poulton Place, Oxford, admitted stealing clothing to the value of £116 from Matalan, Between Towns Road, Oxford, on November 12 as well as assaulting a man and committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence. He was jailed for a total of 15 weeks.

Adrian Robert FLINT, 29, of Collett Way, Grove, admitted causing criminal damage to a window to the value of £215 in Wantage on July 6. He was fined £200 and must pay a victim surcharge of £32, compensation of £215 and court costs of £85.

Peter James QUINN, 26, of Crescent Road, Oxford, admitted assaulting two women on August 24 in Abingdon. He was jailed for 14 days and must pay a victim surcharge of £122 and court costs of £85.

Samuel John STEPHENS, 28, of Corn Street, Witney, admitted drink driving on December 21 in Witney. Had 69 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. Also admitted driving without third party insurance and without a licence. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for 17 months.

James Peter SCREETON, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted causing criminal damage to a television to the value of £200 in Bampton on May 14 as well as assaulting a woman and a harassment without violence and damaging an internal door valued at £100 between September 1 and 8. He was jailed for six weeks and must pay compensation totalling £375.

Simeon Graham COPE, 32, of no fixed abode, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements and possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and heroin in Oxford on September 8. Fined £290, and £32 victim surcharge.
