A further 823 people in England who tested positive for the coronavirus have died, including an 11-year-old.
This brings the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 8,937.

Patients were aged between 11 and 102 years old and 33 of the 823 patients (aged between 29 and 94 years old) had no known underlying health condition.
Of the new hospital deaths announced today by NHS England, 115 occurred on April 10 while 695 took place between April 1 and April 9.
The remaining 12 deaths occurred in March, with the earliest new death taking place on March 25.
