ANDREW JOHN CHARLES GUYAN, 44, of Station Road, Henley-on-Thames, was convicted of failing to give the information of a driver, who was allegedly guilty of an offence, when required between August 26 and September 25. CAROLINE HEASON, 54, of Didcot Road, Harwell, admitted driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone on Headington Road in Oxford on August 21. She was fined £284 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

AADAM KAHN, 19, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, was convicted of failing to give information of a driver, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence, between August 28 and September 25 in Banbury. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 as well as court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

MERILYN ELIZABETH MACLEOD, 36, of Cotman Close, Abingdon, was convicted of driving at 47mph in a 40mph zone in Bicester on June 25. She was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £30 and court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

PAUL MORTIMER, 61, of Manor Road, Woodstock, admitted driving at 41mph in a 30mph zone on Ducklington Lane in Witney on August 13. He was fined £107 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

RYAN JAMES NOTT, 29, of East Field Close, Headington, was convicted of driving at 35mph in a 30mph zone in Rose Hill on June 26. He was fined £220, ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £30 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

LEE O'SHAUGHNESSY, 21, of Colne Drive, Wallingford, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on the A415 in Burcot on November 8. He was fined £230 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

JAMES JOHN ORFORD, 45, of Holloway Lane, Henley-on-Thames, admitted driving at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 on London Road, Postcombe, on June 26. DAVID JOHN PITTICK, 69, of Cromwell Way, Kidlington, admitted driving at 77mph in a 50mph zone on Woodstock Road in Yarnton on November 4. ALI USMAN, 33, of Iffley Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving at 37mph in a 30mph zone on the A40 by West Wycombe Road. He was fined £220 ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £32 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with three penalty points.

OLIVIA AMBER WELLS, 21, of South Avenue, Abingdon, admitted driving at 54mph in a 30mph zone on the Bath Road in Hungerford on October 28. She was fined £730 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £73 as well as court costs of £85. Her driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.

ROBERT VAUGHAN, 23, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted driving in a public place on Hogarth Place, Abingdon, without third party insurance on October 13 as well as driving than otherwise in accordance with a licence and driving without a valid test certificate. He was fined £1,100 in total and ordered to pay a victim surcharge fee of £66 as well as £85 in court costs. He was also disqualified from getting a driving licence for 12 months.

LEON COLIN JOHN BATEMAN, 27, of Foresters Tower, Wood Farm Road, admitted damaging a lift costing £54.86 on March 30, causing a fire alarm on August 21, September 6, 10 and 11. He was ordered to pay compensation of £654.86 and was made subject to a criminal behaviour order for two years from January 24, 2020. He is prohibited from burning anything or spraying anything in the communal areas of Foresters Tower as well as abusing anyone in the footprint of the building.

TRACY LEIGH CARRIDGE, 38, of Reed Street, Didcot, admitted drink-driving in Dicot, near Broadway, on January 8, 2020. She had 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £375 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £37 as well as £85 in court costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 20 months.

CHANICE TRICIA MARSHALL, 19, of Longleat Close, Banbury, admitted drink-driving on the Bath Road in Banbury on January 10, 2020. She had 56mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. She was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32 as well as £85 in court costs. She was also disqualified from driving for 12 months.

LEIGH PETER MILES, 46, of no fixed abode, admitted breaching a community order by Oxford Magistrates Court on December 5 by failing to attend appointments on December 17 and 24 and not giving any reasonable excuse. He also sentenced for the original offences of stealing chocolate costing £16.50 from Iceland in Banbury on November 14, 2019 and failing to surrender to custody on November 29. He was fined £25 and was made subject to a new community order, as part of that he must not enter Iceland in Banbury for two months and must attend appointments with the probation service.
