Police would like to speak to a man who they think can help with a theft investigation in Oxford.
The force has released a CCTV image of the man.
It relates to an incident that happened at around 9pm on Frida, February 21 in Hollybush Row hen an unknown man removed a bicycle from the victim’s cycle rack.

The bike was a red Carrera Zelos racing cycle.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Lee Dix of the smarter resolution team based at Oxford, said: “I’m releasing this image as I believe the man pictured may have important information that can help in this investigation.
“If you recognise this person, or believe this is you, please contact Thames Valley Police on 101 quoting reference 43200064479 or make a report online.
“Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers 100 per cent anonymously on 0800 555 111."
