Harwood pupils with their letter of thanks
Harwood CE Primary School pupils proudly displaying their letter of thanks they got from the Queen Mother after they sent 40 portraits of her to mark her 80th birthday back in 1980. In her letter, the Queen Mother apologised it had taken so long to reply but said she had received 30,000 cards and letters from all over the world
